Attorney Profile
Serving Utah clients since 1980 with responsive, informed, and results-driven legal representation.
At Nelson, Snuffer, Dahle & Poulsen, P.C., Attorneys At Law, our story began more than 40 years ago when founder Denver C. Snuffer, Jr. set out to build a law firm centered on trust, integrity, and client advocacy. What started as a solo practice has evolved into a respected Draper-based firm representing individuals, families, and businesses throughout Utah.
Partner William T. Jennings continues that mission, with deep courtroom and transactional experience to deliver strong, dependable results. Whether handling a complex trial or drafting a contract, we approach every matter with the same goal: to guide our clients through challenges with clarity, confidence, and care.
We pride ourselves on a legacy of honesty, diligence, and attention to detail. Our firm’s success comes from genuine relationships, timely communication, and a commitment to protecting what matters most to our clients.
At Nelson, Snuffer, Dahle & Poulsen, P.C., Attorneys At Law, our strength lies in the depth of our team’s experience and dedication. Each of our attorneys brings a wealth of legal knowledge, trial skill, and personal commitment to every client we serve.
Denver Snuffer, the firm’s founder, established a foundation of integrity and professionalism that continues to define our practice today. Bill Jennings helps carry that legacy forward, with decades of experience in civil litigation, business law, real estate, and estate planning.
