Celia Jacobson, Office Manager Office Manager, Accounting Manager and Receptionist: Celia has been with Nelson, Snuffer, Dahle & Poulsen, P.C., since 2000.  Celia and Mark Poulsen had worked together before joined our firm.  She has extensive experience in various office management duties including the operation and maintenance of all accounting, supply and human resource matters.  She also serves as the front desk receptionist and is resposibile for ensuring the integrity of firm policies and procedures.
